なんじゃこりゃ。大人向けのシュールなアニメを集めた「アダルトスイム」レーベルの１作品で、「SEALAB2021」と同じ製作者が作ってるらしいけど、良くも悪くも典型的なアダルトスイム作品になってる感じ。内容はキルフェイスというガイコツのような悪党が、地球を軌道からずらしてたいように突入させてしまう巨大なロケットを建造したものの、予算が足りなくて完成しなかったため、部下たちを酷使して自分の計画のマーケティングに務める…といったようなもの。こんな説明で分かりますでしょうか。
過去のアニメのパロティだった「SEALAB2021」や「ハーヴェィ・バードマン」よりも「ベンチャー・ブロス」にテイストは似てるかな。キルフェイスの無理な要求に四苦八苦する部下たち（普通の人間）の光景は、ちょっと「オフィス」っぽくもある。部下たちのデザインはトレースかロトスコーピングを使ってるらしく、やけにリアルな顔立ちになってるのが特徴。チープなストーリーに比べてアニメーションの出来はやたら良かったりする。
これにラップとコーンフレークが好きなキルフェイスの息子とか、引退間際のスーパーヒーローとかが関わってきて、さらに話はシュールなものになってくらしい。ネット上では絶賛されてるみたいだけど、こういう作品が理解し難くなってきてるのって、俺も年なのかなあ。
