機内で観た映画

Kingink 映画評

先週いっぱい海外に行ってまして、飛行機のなかで観た映画・番組の感想を簡単にざっと：

・「ヘンゼル＆グレーテル」
完全にB級作品だと割り切って観れば、さほど悪くはない。ジェマ・アタートン可愛いし。でも主人公たちは武器を落としすぎ。ストラップつけとけよ！そして最強の武器がスコップだとは。敵の魔女は特殊メークがきついので別にファムケ・ヤンセンが演じる必要もなかったと思う。

・「Rise of the Guardians」
日本語吹替を作ってるじゃん！なら日本公開すればいいのに。ストーリー自体は比較的凡庸なので、「ヒックとドラゴン」や「メガマインド」などと比べると色褪せてるのは否めない。もっと大きな画面で観れば映像美などが堪能できたのかもしれないけどね。

・「バレット」
着陸前だったので少しはしょって観た。巨匠ウォルター・ヒル作品といえども、やっつけ仕事だなあという感じ。主人公のナレーションが入ると、どうも減点したくなるのよね。特にそれがスタローンだったりすると。軽薄なスーツ野郎を演じるクリスチャン・スレーターだけは本人そのままでやけに適役であったことを記しておく。

・「Phil Spector」
HBOのTVムービー。アル・パチーノ演じるフィル・スペクターと、彼の弁護士を演じるヘレン・ミレンによる密室劇が話の大半を占めるあたりは、いかにもデビッド・マメット作品というべきか。ただし現実の展開がどうしてもああなので、ものすごく煮え切らない終わり方をしてしまっている。

・「ダイ・ハード／ラスト・デイ」
いかにも第５作目のアクション映画、という内容。もはや「ダイ・ハード」を名乗る必要はないのでは。画面づくりも暗くて陰気くさいし。

・「シュガー・ラッシュ」
ゲームの世界の規則が文字通り「機械じかけの神」っぽいというか、なんか都合良く出来てんなあ、という気がしなくもないが、それでも主人公がやる気を取り戻していく様は良かったよ。性格ひん曲がった少女の声をサラ・シルバーマンがあててるのが素晴しすぎる。

・「HOUSE OF CARDS」
日本でも今度やるネットフリックスのドラマ。ケヴィン・スペイシーは嫌いではないが、これもやはり主人公のナレーションが入り、第４の壁を破って視聴者に話しかけてきたりするとすごく鼻につくな。スクープを狙う新人女性記者とか、冷淡で野心的な政治家の妻といったキャラも陳腐すぎる。でもこれクリステン・コノリーが出てるのか。
