感想をざっと。かなり分かり易い映画だった。ピカピカ光るものがたくさん出てきて、会話シーンがしばらく続いたかなと思ったら壁がボーンと吹っ飛んで悪役が登場したり。パチンコやってるヤンキーが好きそうだな、と考えたりもしたけれど、変にダークだったスナイダー（およびノーラン）時代のDC映画の旧体制から脱却するためには、これくらいのアッケラカンさが必要なのだろう。
皇族の一員であるヒーローの物語、という意味ではマーベルの「ブラック・パンサー」や「ソー」の系統に連なるんだろうが、ジャンゴ・フェットことテムエラ・モリソンが出ていることもあり、「スター・ウォーズ」エピソード１〜３に近いものを個人的には感じたかな。
「ジャスティス・リーグ」を観てるのでモモアのアクアマンには特に違和感なし。金髪の優等生バージョンも見てみたかった気もするけどね。パトリック・ウィルソンはこの監督の常連すな。「クリードⅡ」に続いてドルフ・ラングレンがデカい役をやってるのが良かったりする。
もうちょっと地上の人間からの目線というかアトランティスへの偏見みたいなものを描いて欲しかったし、海中人も内輪で戦ってばかりいないで地上人とのドンパチをやって欲しかったが、そこらへんは続編で取り扱うのかな。とりあえず我々としては侵略されなかったらウナギやフカヒレの乱獲をやめて海をきれいにしましょう。
何も考えずにスカッと楽しめる内容で、それで映画館に足を運ぶ人が増えてるのなら問題はないし、いずれテレビのゴールデン枠で放送されてさらなるファンを獲得する作品であろう。しかしジャスティス・リーグのジの字も出てこなかったが、DCユニバースは今後どうなるんですかね？
