2017年の映画トップ10

今年はアメコミ映画（スーパーヒーロー作品）が多数公開された年であったことを考慮して、いわゆる『一般作』５位と『スーパーヒーロー作品』映画５位を分けて並べていきます：

＜一般映画トップ５（こちらは順不同、観た順に並べる）＞
・「メッセージ」
今年は真面目に考えさせられるSF映画の当たり年であった。下の「ゲット・アウト」もSFといえばSFだし。「猿の惑星」「シンクロナイズド・モンスター」なども良作だったが、映像の美しさや話の構造の巧みさもあってこれを代表に挙げる。

・ 「T2 トレインスポッティング」
ちゃんと前作のクオリティに適うものになるのか？という不安を抱きながらずっと鑑賞していた作品であった。結論から言うと前作には届かないものの、前作のキャラクターたちがどう成長し、どう壁にぶち当たったかを丁寧に描き、きちんと話をまとめたという点で、他の続編（「ブレードランナー2049」「最後のジェダイ」など）よりも優れた作品であった。

・ 「ディストピア パンドラの少女」
ゾンビ映画もネタが枯渇したかと思われた時に出てきた秀作。これも考えさせられるSF映画でしたね。世間的な評価はあまり高くないかもしれないが俺は好きだ。

・「ベイビー・ドライバー」
強いて今年のベストを挙げるならこれかな。冒頭からずっと勢いで飛ばす快作。音響のいい映画館で観たら本当に素晴らしかった。ケヴィン・スペイシーのスキャンダルが発覚する前に公開されて本当に良かったね…。

・ 「ゲット・アウト」
これもアイデアで勝った作品。人種間の緊張という時事ネタをうまく昇華させてホラー映画に落とし込んでいる。古典的なホラーのプロットの現代版といえば「エイリアン：コヴェナント」もそうなのだけど、あっちよりずっとよく出来ていた。

あとは「シンクロナイズドモンスター」「ムーンライト」「ダンケルク」「A Ghost Story」などが良かったです。

＜スーパーヒーロー作品トップ５（こちらは評価順に＞
・「LOGAN/ローガン」
フランチャイズありきのスーパーヒーロー映画のなかで「シリーズの終焉」をガツンと持ってきた傑作。ヒーローが老いて死ぬということはどういうことかを、真っ向から描いていた。

・「スパイダーマン：ホームカミング」
マーベル・シネマティック・ユニバースの外で「ローガン」の様な傑作が作られてしまうと、スパイダーマンをMCUに入れてしまうのはどうよ、という不安もあるのだけど、今まで以上に若々しいピーター・パーカーの奮闘はやはり見応えがありました。

・「 マイティ・ソー バトルロイヤル」
・「ワンダー・ウーマン」
この２つは３位タイ。「ソー」は軽いノリで楽しめたし、「WW」は女性監督ならではの繊細な描写が秀逸であった。どちらも戦闘シーン『以外』のところが面白かったのも共通していて、そろそろアクションに時間をかけないアメコミ映画が出てきても良いと思う（主人公が最後に勝つこととか、もう分かるでしょ？）。

・ 「ジャスティス・リーグ」
興行的にも批評的にもイマイチだったけど、自分の好きなキャラクターたちが集結するのはやはり爽快であった。ワーナーはこの失敗にメゲずに、優れたDCコミックス映画を作って欲しいところです（ザック・スナイダーは外してな）。

・「レゴバットマン ザ・ムービー」
ギャグアニメなので評価しづらくて５位にしたけど、いろんな映画の悪役が勢ぞろいする展開は凄いと思ったし、従来のバットマン映画以上にバットマンの本質を鋭く突いた作品であった。

この下に「ガーディアンズ２」があって、その下に「ドクター・ストレンジ」といったところ。「インヒューマンズ」は論外。

評判のいい「アトミック・ブロンド」や「グッド・タイム」は未見。「ジョン・ウィック　チャプター２」や「スリー・ビルボード」はまあまあかな。「マザー！」は俺じゃなくても別の人がきちんと評価してくれるさ！

邦画は毎度のことながら、Netflixをはじめとする配信独占の作品をいろいろ取りこぼした1年であった。来年はさらにこれが細分化されるんじゃないですかね。あとディズニーのFOX買収により製作される映画の本数が減少することが予想されますが、FOXが独自のスタジオとして映画製作ができるのは来年いっぱいになるのかな？スタジオ上役たちのセクハラ問題とあわせていろいろ再編の波が来ていますが、これがより良い作品が生み出されるきっかけになることに期待したいところです。
